I ordered a gift and it was 27/ 12/2022 , it's been 8 days and my order is not treated yet It's always on hold I don't know what's wrong with the official site , it was supposed to be a gift

Unfortunately my initial order FedEx said was lost which they did not inform myself or Paul-Hewitt. When I talked to PH, they immediately got a replacement order packaged and ready to ship immediately. Their customer service responsiveness was textbook.

I went onto the site to purchase a present for my partner but fell in love with the ladies jewellery and ended up buying myself a bracelet also. The mens anchor bracelet and my Vitamin Sea bracelet are of excellent quality. The speed of delivery to Ireland was Within two days. I had a few queries and customer service with Verena was exceptional.

I recently made a purchase and bought 2 bracelets.
When I received them they looked amazing but unfortunately got the order wrong however once I contacted customer service about my issue I had the pleasure on dealing with Verena who was very professional and attentive on handling my issue. She resolved it very well and I was very happy with the outcome and definitely worth mention how happy I was with the service I received. Thank you Verena you are an asset to the company.
May I also add that the quality of the bracelets are amazing and they look good for any occasion.

My order got somehow send back to Paul-Hewitt and when contacting the customer service of Paul-Hewitt for help I got really effective, nice and flexible help from Verena. Now a new equivalent order with the same price (I used a discount code on my original order) is on its way to me.

I just wanted to thank and praise the excellent customer service, provided by Verena, a true professional with a giant heart. People like her, upgrade this brand to a whole another level.

I would also want to glorify the quality of the products, as also the careness and readiness with my order.

I am so impressed with the quality and service that Paul Hewitt has provided! I ordered a watch for my husband for our wedding day. The shipping was very fast and the quality of the watch was great! The colors matched perfectly with his suit and accessories and he absolutely loved it. The customer service agent we spoke with was very responsive, sweet, and very helpful! We will definitely be buying more watches and other accessories from Paul Hewitt in the future!

UPDATE: I got my package after communicating. Bracelets looks very nice. Bought January 26th got then February 3rd, 2022.




After reading many bad reviews am scared and bought from this place. I been writing then emails about where is my order 1704337103 and no answer…. Even calling is a mess because never answer. I NEED AN ANSWER….. WHERE IS MY ORDER AND WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER SAYING SHIPPED AND THERE IS NO TRACKING NUMBER AT ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLL……..

My daughter had a small accident on her work and the strap from her new Paul Hewitt watch was torn. Anna was very helpfull and started a search for a new strap which resulted today in a very happy daughter with a repaired watch! Thank you very much for your help and support!
